Terms of Service

It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically. We may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice to you. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this Site.

Service Estimates
Billing time commences once we enter your home. Typically teams sizes are 2 or 3 people. We reserve the right to select the team size based on the schedule and staffing requirements for the day in question. The team size DOES NOT affect the overall cost as we prorate the billing time in quarter hour increments -a larger team works faster.

All estimates are site unseen. The more accurately you can describe the size and condition of your home, the more accurately we will be able to estimate the actual cleaning time. PLEASE NOTE HOMES IN POOR CONDITION WILL TAKE LONGER. We will bill you for the actual time cleaned in 15 minute increments.

Cancellation Charges
Aroma Earth Cleaning has a fee of $75 for a cancellation within one full business day of a scheduled appointment for any reason. If you must cancel your scheduled service, we require notice at least one business day in advance.

Arrival Times
Please note these ARE windows and not exact starting times.

Regular Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly Service
If you decide to commit to a regular weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule Aroma Earth Cleaning will always try to send out the same team each trip, however to due maid’s scheduled vacations or illness we reserve the right to switch teams without prior notice.

Non-Standard Services
Please note for the maids any surfaces such as floors or cabinets that require non standard cleaning materials. The customer will need to provide aforementioned nonstandard cleaning materials in order for maids to clean the surfaces in question.

Aroma Earth Cleaning can provide laundry services, however we accept NO responsibility for items damaged during this process. We recommend that the customer remove all dry cleaning items from anything you would like laundered by the team prior to our arrival.

Billing and Payments
We accept the following bank or credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For your convenience, we will save your bank or credit card information.

If your payment method is declined, we will attempt to process your charge until the transaction is approved. We and our third party payment service providers may request, and we may receive, updated credit card information from your credit card issuer, such as updated card numbers and expiration date information when your credit card has expired. If such updated information is provided to us and our third-party payment service providers, we will update your account information accordingly, and will use such updated information to process payments for your future purchases. Your credit card issuer may give you the right to opt out of providing vendors and third-party payment service providers with your updated credit card information. If you wish to opt out of your credit card’s updating service, you should contact your credit card issuer.

We are not responsible for any fees or charges that your bank or credit card issuer may apply. If your bank or credit card issuer reverses a charge to your credit card, we may bill your account directly and seek payment by another method including a mailed statement.

Your card will only be charged when your cleaning crew arrives and conducts a brief walk through of your home. This walk through helps ensure that the size and condition of your home matches the information submitted in your online order. Once your card is charged, a receipt will be sent to you via email for your records. Note that for first time customers we sometimes place a temporary hold in the amount of the cleaning, the morning of service in order to verify proof of funds. This hold is NOT a charge and usually falls off within 24 hours.

Guarantee & Refund Policy
Aroma Earth Cleaning has a 24 hour warranty from the completion of the cleaning project. If we have missed an area, damaged or broken an item, please call us within that timeframe and we would be more than happy to come out and re-clean the area in question, repair or replace the item at no additional charge.

We do not provide refunds, we will do everything in our power to provide you with the best cleaning experience possible. So if for any reason you are unhappy, just call or send us an e-mail within 24 hours of your service and we’ll send someone out to make things right. We would prefer to fix the issue in question, and use it as a training opportunity for the maids. Complaints filed after 24 hours of the completion of the project fall outside the warranty period and unfortunately cannot be covered. Aroma Earth Cleaning will not be held liable for repair or replacement of items broken or damaged due to pre-existing wear and tear, incorrect installation, assembly or usage.

By authorizing Aroma Earth Cleaning to clean your home, you are agreeing in advance to our terms and conditions.
